CL was founded by a dedicated group of church members with a shared passion for supporting children and families. Many of our founders have backgrounds in education, child development, and developmental support, which enables us to provide compassionate, informed services.
We specialise in supporting individuals with diverse needs, including those facing social, learning, or adaptive challenges, by providing tailored strategies that promote positive growth and independence.
